I've been weightlifting in a traditional gym since I was 18, and after not years of not having the right nutrition plan to help me achieve my goals, I was tired of the same old routine. Fast forward to about to about age 31, I tried CrossFit, and realized I wasn't as "in shape" or "athletic" as I thought, sure I have completed 30 half marathons in just under 2 hours each race. The total body workout you get from a solid CrossFit WOD is unbelievable, I used to think there was no way you could get a great work in 15 minutes or less, then I was introduced to Fran, and some of the benchmark WODs, boy did my mindset change.
