I compete to challenge myself. I used to workout at a "normal gym" then got into a really bad habit of not going anymore. So much so that I completely stopped working out. I tried crossfit since everyone at work was encouraging me to do so. I've never looked back. Its changed my attitude, my body composition, my eating habits...everything for the better. I now have a solid community and they are all so friendly and encouraging, it's not even an option to quit.
