My name is Steve Schreiner. I am a father of three boys ages 5, 8 and 10 and happily married for 11 years to my wife Meaghan. I am a public school teacher, athletic director and coach.
I've always been an athlete, but through injuries and life's roller coaster always seemed to hit a plateau. I've bounced around later in my life from being a gym rat, a marathoner, to a basement DVD fitness junky. Through my progression I was always looking for the next best thing. I came across XFIT a 2 and a half agos. Since then I have found a new passion in working out.
I've decided to compete for a second year in the 2018 CrossFIT Open to see how I match up to other Cross Fitters around my age as well as compare myself to last years results. I feel my drive and competitiveness will push me to fair well in the Open.
