Matt Malless
Started CrossFit in 2017 and I love it. I have always been an athlete with an interest in fitness. The benefits of CrossFit have far exceeded everything else I have done concerning overall physical well being and fitness. Volunteered at the Games (except 2020) and many other CrossFit events each year since 2017. Love being a part of it. I began coaching at Mad Apple CrossFit in 2019. I love being able to give feedback to help others and see positive results. I know so many people that would be doing more of what they want to do if they would give CrossFit a real chance-heartbreaking. Hope to help many more see a glimpse of the physical benefits they can receive through CrossFit. My biggest personal core value-I believe Jesus Christ died to rescue sinners, that here is nothing of greater than that truth, and God can be taken at his word in the bible.
