I like the idea of being fit, the excellent community spirit of Crossfit DFW, and the varied exercises, perhaps, best of all, I can modify to fit my capabilities while striving to do more. A very positive environment and approach, which describes my lifestyle exactly! One more ingredient, I get to do Crossfit with my two grown sons, awesome!! I think that says it all.
