I've been an athlete all my life playing every sport I could possibly get my hands on. Playing softball in College I became a fan of heavy lifting. Currently I play Roller Derby at a competitive level and will be heading back to school to get my Masters in Exercise Physiology in the near future. I'm new to the CrossFit world but am excited on the adventure I'm about to embark on.
