Lindsey Smith's husband. This is my sport, since 2008. My life has somewhat revolved around CrossFit since watching 300, researching Gym Jones, finding that it was a derivative of CrossFit, listening to Lindsey B. Smith tell me that she wanted to get back into college shape, enrolling in the 2009 Regional Qualifier, and then meeting Dave Castro at GSX CrossFit after Lindsey finished 4th and I finished 20th or something. The rest has been a roller coaster of a history. Beautiful, nonetheless. I've had the pleasure of helping build CrossFit Central between 2008-2010, starting SICFIT just to be closer to that HQ Media life, working for Rogue from 2011-2012, and then helping direct Marketing for Rich Froning from 2012 - Present. I have also done other things.
