My name is Crystal Freeman. I am fairly new to crossfit. I've worked out and played sports most of my life. I enjoy workouts in group activities instead of just going to a gym. My crossfit journey started when I began traveling out of state with work for weeks at a time. While traveling I saw various crossfit boxes in any town I visited. I attended a couple of weekend team WODs with one of my best friends in our home town and fell in love with the program. I decided to register for the open to simply develop a platform for myself and enjoy the comradery of fellow crossfitters. I love the endurance, encouragement, excitement and passion of all involved with crossfit.
