A CrossFit Beginner, Joined CrossFit Lacemakers in November 2020. In 2000 I had spinal surgery due to a broken neck, since then I have had both shoulders "decompressed" so i know how to work through the pain barriers. Love the atmosphere that CrossFit has and the variety in movements. Cant wait to see what this broken body can still do.
