I do Crossfit to stay sane. Sure, I may be that person that only gets to the gym 3 times a week, but those 3 hours are MY time. I have always been involved in sports and I am very competitive by nature. I love seeing my numbers on the board that show I am getting stronger and faster, little by little. I love the way I feel, both physically and mentally when I push myself. I compete to see improvement from one year to the next.
