Hello , my name is Jorge. I have always been a very active person I have practiced different disciplines and sports. I think a body in movement tends to stay in movement . Since I started training Crossfit it became addicted to it I enjoy it so much and I compete because I want to se my performance over the years. Crossfit is not something I'm going to stop doing soon. Therefore competing in the Crossfit open every year will help me see how far I have gone over the years
