Before performing the events, go to the Team Series website to learn the full movement and video submission standards, scaling for the Scaled and Masters Divisions, and metric conversions for the weights and heights.

Help assure your teammates follow each workout to the letter by using the official scorecards available on TeamSeries.CrossFit.com (at the bottom of the event description page). The scorecards reflect the scaling for each of the three divisions.

Team Reebok East overcame Rogue Fitness Black and Rogue Fitness Red in the first competition of the series, but the margins between the top three teams are still incredibly small.

Sean Woodland and Pat Sherwood will cover what happens over the weekend on the Team Series Update. Come back to Games.CrossFit.com next week to learn about the big shifts and top performances.
