Stage 1 of the 2020 CrossFit Games is complete. Thirty men and 30 women were invited to compete in their homes or local gyms in one of 16 different countries for a spot in the finals at The Ranch in Aromas, California, next month.
Athletes faced seven events over a two-day period: Friendly Fran, 1RM Front Squat, Damn Diane, 1,000-M Row, Nasty Nancy, Handstand Hold, and Awful Annie. See official event descriptions here.
