Drug Test Update — 2024 Masters CrossFit Games

The following athlete has received a sanction after being found in violation of the CrossFit Drug Testing Policy:

Jonathan Edel — the first-place finisher in the Men’s 40-44 division at the 2024 Masters CrossFit Games — provided a sample at the competition that contained Anastrozole, exogenous steroids, and metabolites of GW1516. Edel did not appeal and has received a four-year sanction starting Sept. 1, 2024.
