Getting Ready for the CrossFit Games: Affiliate Owner Perks and On-Site Events

The 2024 CrossFit Games are less than a month away, and we’re looking forward to a new experience as we descend on Fort Worth, Texas, for the first time. As in years past, affiliate owners who attend the Games will have exclusive access to special perks and events on-site.
Affiliate owners can expect:
- An Affiliate Hub chalked full of business development presentations and opportunities oriented toward adding actionable value to the affiliate-owner experience at the 2024 CrossFit Games. The Affiliate Hub is an exclusive area for affiliate owners. The purpose of The Hub is to educate and inspire affiliate owners to build stronger, sustainable, more successful businesses. We have gathered a star-studded cast and the best minds in the business to present throughout the weekend, sharing their wisdom and knowledge with affiliate owners. Speakers include:
- Best Hour of Their Day
- Healthy Steps Nutrition
- CrossFit Education
- Daniel Chaffey
- Two Brain Business
- Hustle Up
- PushPress
- Wodify
- HybridAF
- Zen Planner/SugarWOD
- The Fittest Experience

We will also be hosting Mastermind and Q&A opportunities with CrossFit HQ leadership, the CrossFit HQ legal team, and the Affiliate Council.
- Three exclusive workouts. Friday morning will start bright and early with our friends at GORUCK. The GORUCK team will take us on a ruck of the surrounding Dickies and Will Rogers areas. Saturday morning starts with the CHAD1000X Community Training Event on Farrington Field. Affiliate owners can experience the field where the athletes competed the night before and collect an exclusive gift. We encourage attendees to bring flags, wear shirts, and more to represent their affiliates. Finally, on Sunday morning, affiliate owners will have the opportunity to join our partner Hustle Up for a workout on the Dickies Arena floor, where much of the Games competition will take place all weekend.
- A Texas-style affiliate-owner-only party on Thursday night. To kick off the week, CrossFit is inviting affiliate owners plus one guest to an exclusive VIP party, presented by Hustle Up, at TX Whiskey Ranch. The festivities will start in the early evening with food, drinks, and music. Guests will be entertained throughout the evening with unique Texas-style activities, including whiskey tasting, presented by PushPress, a mechanical bull, presented by CrossFit RRG, and leather branding, presented by Just Meats. Our friends at JOCKO will provide “jocktails” and Jocko himself may make a guest appearance.
- Meet-and-greet opportunities with leadership from CrossFit HQ.
- Join us for an affiliate-owner-only mimosa party and raffle on Sunday morning in The Hub. Raise a glass with fellow affiliate owners before it’s time to say goodbye. In addition to our annual raffle featuring amazing prizes donated by CrossFit HQ and partners, attendees will receive a complimentary drink upon entry to the event.
Additionally, there will be a Fan Experience area outside Dickies Arena that will be accessible via admission-free tickets from Aug. 8-11. Information on the free tickets will be released soon. Check back to this article for details.
