It’s time to nominate a local Service Open athlete for the Golden Barbell Award. 

In Week 2 of the 2024 CrossFit Open, we’re celebrating those who selflessly serve their communities each day and use fitness to succeed in their professions.

How to Nominate a Peer:
–Create a post using a photo or video of your nominee and tag them.
–In your caption, explain why they deserve the Golden Barbell Award AND…
–Use the hashtag #GoldenBarbellAward.

The Rogue Golden Barbell Award winner will receive a $400 Rogue gift card.

Nominees will be recognized during the live announcement of Open Workout 24.2 and the winner will be selected on the CrossFit Games Podcast.
