CrossFit PFS (also known as Pace Fitness Sacramento) was founded in 2014 in a small two car garage by owner and operator Monique Waters. Since then, she has grown the gym into a supportive community that maintains it's original homey feel. We care for our members from the inside out, coaching more than just movement, but rather everything that goes into creating a healthier life such as habits, nutrition, sleep and stress management.
