We are a grassroots affiliate that started in the early days of CrossFit, becoming one of the first CrossFit gyms in Fort Collins. We started very small and slowly grew over time to become one of the largest, most experienced CrossFit gyms in Northern Colorado where we’ve had the opportunity to improve many hundreds of peoples lives through improved health and fitness, building strong relationships within our gym, and fostering an amazing community.
