CrossFit Thrive is located within Align Athletics and is a 6000sq facility in Lynchburg Va. CFT is within 10 minutes of Liberty University, Bedford, and Forest Va. We offer programming for high level competitors, as well as intermediate and beginner athletes looking for anything from competing to simply being healthy. Weightlifting and Gymnastics movements are our specialties.
