Our goal was to create a place, where everyone; an elite athlete, mother of three or an office clerk; could all train together, overcome limits and give 100%-and that means everyone’s 100%, depending on their condition level, time flexibility or dedication. In our ideology, we don’t use machines – we become them. We like to do, look and feel better no matter the pace-we aim for “a bit better”, but day by day and in the long term. We love life and we want the most from it.
