Verdant CrossFit North is first and only CrossFit gym in Star, Idaho. Verdant North is part of the Verdant CrossFit family and is the second gym that Verdant CrossFit opened. We are a community in the truest sense of the word. We support each other during workouts, we wait to put equipment away, we do a lot of community events, and we HAVE FUN.
