CrossFit Diligence (CFD) exists to serve our coaches and athletes by creating a safe, positive, inclusive environment focused on good health, both fitness and nutrition. CFD’s goal is to be a self-sufficient organization that gives back to its community. We remain active in networking and benchmarking to continually improve. CFD continues to invest in our coaches, equipment, facilities, and ultimately our athletes to create the best version of ourselves.
