DeepRoots CrossFit is a small world class fitness facility located in Rochester, NH. DRCF has been helping people improve their fitness since 2017. Owner Maddie Lavoie is a CF-L2 Trainer and Owner Thomas Foligno is a CF-L1 Trainer. Maddie, Tom and their staff have a wealth of experience both competing in the sport of CrossFit and helping everyday folks improve themselves. Both have cultivated an inclusive community and staff that anyone visiting or joining can enjoy.
