DeepRoots CrossFit is a small world class fitness facility located in Rochester, NH. DRCF has been helping people improve their fitness since 2017. Head Coach and Owner Joseph Vachon is a CF-L2 Instructor and two-time CrossFit East Regionals athlete with a wealth of experience both competing in the sport of CrossFit and helping everyday folks improve themselves. Joe, alongside co-owner Thomas Foligno have cultivated an inclusive community and staff that anyone visiting or joining can enjoy.
