Welcome to our page! We are the first CrossFit gym in Lindsay, Ontario. Our coaching focuses on helping people in the Lindsay and Kawartha Lakes community to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle all while looking good doing it! We offer group fitness classes in small numbers, which means more attention and quicker results. Personal training is available if your time is limited as well at your convenience!
