CrossFit Lake Tahoe has been providing a fun and supportive space for locals and visitors to improve their fitness and connect with community for over 15 years. We offer three to four CrossFit group classes, Open gym times, and Youth classes. CFLT has participated in the CrossFit Open since the beginning and regularly has athletes who qualify for Quarterfinals and Semifinals in the Age Group divisions. We are happy to host visitors looking to complete these competitions while in the area!
