Pat Sherwood, of CrossFit HQ, interviews Mads Jacobsen, owner of CrossFit Nordic and coach of the Europe Team for the upcoming Reebok CrossFit Invitational, presented by HGST. Jacobsen led Team World to the victory at the 2013 CrossFit Invitational, presented by Reebok. He says it's all about communication.

The Europe Team will compete against teams from Australia, the USA and Canada on Nov. 9, at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
