I enjoy all sports. I have been living in Panama for 4 and a half years with my basset hound, Walter. I am currently playing QB in the women's flag football league, LIFFF. I also paddle cayucos 3 months of each year (cayucorace.org). Crossfit has changed the way I look at fitness.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports
On top of Crossfit I also play soccer once a week, flag football twice a week and I paddle cayuco once a week. I played basketball at Milligan College in Johnson City, TN.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I gained 25lbs in 4 months doing nothing and decided it was time to try something new. I found Crossfit PTY and fell in love immediately. Crossfit is exactly what I needed.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
