I am a Panama National Team quarterback for Flag Football and guard for basketball. I play a lot of organized sports (basketball, flag football, softball)

I gained 25lbs in 4 months doing nothing and decided it was time to try something new. I found Crossfit PTY and fell in love immediately. Crossfit is exactly what I needed.
