I like to work out - always have - always will. I keep it simple, enjoy the people and amidst the humbling beat downs - I do love the quest and constant desire to improve.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Babystepping my way to better eating all the time but battle some serious cravings!

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Played everything growing up and loved it all! Discovered Rugby at University and played for 6 years ending my career with a year on the National Rugby Squad.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I used to be an Registered Nurse and now I work as a Crossfit Trainer part time. My children now crossfit, as well as both of my sisters and brother-in-laws. It has brought a community into my life and has changed my life in more ways than I can type about. It is life changing.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
3 days on - 1 day off. My rest days are rest days and they are glorious!
