How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I struggle with my eating because I LOVE FOOD!!! :)

How I Train

I write my own programming

I almost always do the Hard Exercise Works WOD and then a few days a week a 2 a day. I also love going to visit my friends at Crossfit iQ. Getting a WOD in Tue. and every other Sunday.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

My Experience With CrossFit

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

6-12 months

Trained with Hard Exercise Works in 2009 for a few months then two weeks out of sectionals decided to sign up and compete. Went to sectionals and enjoyed competing and realized I had a lot of improving to do. Shortly after that I herniated a disk in L4 L5 and was out of the training world for a long eight months. Surgery was the only solution to the issue, October 28, 2010. Back now training for the past 6 months I am excited about the progress that I have made considering what I have come through. Crossfit is a journey not a destination and I am very much enjoying the ride :)
