Bio
I'm quirky and love CF. I started my CF athletic journey in 2006 and have loved every painful minute since. I own and am head coach of CF Invoke (crossfitinvoke.com) I am a Head Trainer for CFHQ for the Level 1 Seminars. I'm venturing into the world of NASCAR as a front tire changer...a whole new world. I have an English Bulldog named Fran. Favorite WODs: Nasty Girls, Fran, Helen, Nancy....in no particular order. They are all amazing.

I eat strict Paleo
Clean eating and listening to my body. Not always 100% Paleo bc I'm human.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I own and coach at CrossFit Invoke. Pioneering into a new sport, NASCAR this year so my training has taken new twist. It's all in the spirit of CF and learning new sports.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I only played two years of sports in middle school. Beyond that, CF has become my sport and the reason I am an athlete.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I started in 2006 overseas. I did is solo for a long time before moving back to the states and finding an affiliate. I am now on the CFHQ Training Staff which is a dream come true.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
My 2/days consist of NASCAR Pit practice then CF training and an additional yoga class or PT. My body determines my rest.
