I Have had a rough year with injury and I am so happy that it is manageable enough to compete. I feel like I have nothing to loose and everything to gain.
How I Eat
I zoned for 3 years then I paleod for 1, now I have a mixture of both. I don't measure however after zoneing for that long its hard not to "eyeball" food for its measurement. I eat lots of meat and fat on strength days, and heaps of carbs on endurance days mostly made up of Lo Gi fruit pre wod and high Gi friut post wod. I also eat lots of potatoes white and sweet. I make sure that I eat bread once a week and dairy every day. I have 1 cheat meal a week (cough cough). My favorite food is pasta and bacon
