7 years plus into crossfit. 63 years old and still old man strong. Full depth squatting is not very good for my bad knees, so only do it occasionally. Hopefully enough to Rx again this year. Double unders are tough when you only get 2" off the floor. Trying to stay Rx and top 3rd. 20 pounds lighter so we’ll see if I’m any faster.
