How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat roughly 70-80% Paleo lately but the reality is that as a trainer sometimes I have to just eat something in order to keep my energy levels up.
How I Train
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Schedule for training is very random as my days are packed with clients. I train when I have a break or cancellation. Mostly on my own but if I can fit a class or group in, i prefer to train with someone around me.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports

Work is 6X a week, training 6X a week. I listen to my body and rest on any given day if appropriate.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I probably do 90% CrossFit with the heavy lifting 3-4X a week. It hasn't been really since last years open that I truly converted from bodybuilding to CrossFit and haven't looked back.
