Bio

I am co-owner and head coach at CrossFit PRx, former scholarship athlete for the University of North Florida in swimming, 2011 Ironman Finisher, Lululemon Ambassador and top ranking sprint triathlete. I live to educate, inspire and empower others. I want to set an example for others through my words, actions and my lifestyle. Each day I remind myself to live a life that impresses and inspires others. I haven't found anything as rewarding as CrossFit and continue to see improvements in my life. How I Train

I have a coach who determines my programming

This year I approached Dutch Lowy of Black Box in Fort Worth to program for me. It has been amazing having someone else tell me what to do! I love his methods of training and focus on strength and oly lifts, since these are my weakest areas. He is the absolute best coach ever! I also get to compare workouts at least twice a week with two other girls he coaches, Candice Ruiz, South Central and Mona Pretorius of South Africa. Even though I train on my own, they have given me the extra push I need. Both are ridiculously strong and such an inspiration!

One a days right now 5x week and focus on REST! I train at all hours so I never get used to training at the "best" time.
