How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

My friends at Whole9 would not be proud of me... I'll just say that much :)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

Love going to the gym alone to just listen to my music and zone out. I also enjoy working out with classes sometimes.

I played youth or high school level sports

Wrestled in high school. I'm terrible at just about everything else (basketball, football, soccer, etc...)
