I have been crossfitting since April 2010 and haven't gone a week without it. I love to teach, train, develop and learn as much as I can. I have had the good fortune of competing at the CrossFit Games and do believe I have at least one more trip back to Carson in my future. I love my family, my friends and living life to the fullest.
