It's always a challenge, and that's why I love it. I'm the proud owner of CrossFit Martha's Vineyard now and everyday I look forward to challenging my community.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I train 5 days, 1 day active recovery, 1 day rest. 2 ACL surgeries have left me with a good amount of arthritis so I have to listen to my body while working out. I focus on having fun and keeping my body healthy.
