My husband and I own CrossFit Unmatched in a little town called Mount Dora. We've had CFU since October, 2010. I've been in the fitness industry for about 10 years now. I use to be a spin and aerobics instructor at the YMCA until I found CrossFit. I actually do still teach Zumba, it's one of my guilty hobbies that I can't seem to break. I just love to dance! I have a goldendoodle named Elvis, he has stolen my heart.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try not to piss in my fuel tank! ;-)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My husband and I write our own programming at CrossFit Unmatched.
