How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo plus some starch (mostly rice) preworkout, a PWO drink (Whey and Glucose) and a low carb whey supplement.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Crossfit workouts form Crossfit Bogota plus a 3x a week strength program (Starting Strength).

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Used to work out like a regular person before staring Crossfit.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Typically 5-6 CrossFit workouts plus 3 strength sessions.
