I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I had my first taste of CrossFit at the YMCA, when a friend would give me WOD's to do on my own. Of course I was not satisfied with self-torture so I signed up at Gig Harbor CrossFit and I've been hooked ever since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I squeeze in two-a-days when I can and rest when I'm tired.
