Bio

Started Crossfit April 2011. Three months before I started, I was walking with a walker because i couldn't feel my legs from the multiple sclerosis that i was diagnosed with in 1999. In the fall of 2011, I had bone surgery on both feet and was in a wheelchair/ on crutches until the beginning of December 2011, but I still did Crossfit. Ever since I started Crossfit and the Paleo diet, I have had zero issues with the MS. I am a mother of six children married for over 20 years to my best friend... ...My Favorite quote: "Somebody said that it couldn't be done, But she with a chuckle replied, ... That maybe it couldn't, But she would be one, Who wouldn't say so till she tried, So she buckled right in, With the trace of a grin, On her face. If she worried, she hid it. I have been battling multiple sclerosis since 1999, sometimes unable to walk, use my hands, slur, or deal with diplopia, etc. Since starting Crossfit and Paleo, I have had zero issues with the MS. My family is very supportive, including my husband of over 20 years and our 6 children ranging in age from 10 to 19.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
