By day, I'm simply a kinesiology student at the University of North Texas but, at night (...and periodically throughout the day; just whenever is most convenient really), I become the FITTEST MAN ON EARTH!
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
My gymnastic savvy comrade and myself do our own programming at a myriad of different locations, whether it be the campus rec center, a pull-up rig behind the kinesiology department, or on a nearby sidewalk pulling equipment straight out of the back of our fuel efficient traveling gyms!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Approximately 40 pounds ago, I was a "hardcore" powerlifter and football player but quickly realized that squatting nearly 700 pounds yet sucking wind just shy of running a mile wasn't going to get me very far in life. Consequently, I stumbled upon crossfit and have been learning, training, and teaching it ever since as it tailors to preference for high intensity and general functionality.
