Last year during the Open I had just given birth to my son. I still participated in the Open and helped get my team to Regionals. I did not compete as part of the Team, however, becuase I was the maid of honor at my sister's wedding that weekend. This year, I am aiming to qualify again to Regionals (I went in 2012) as an indivual. I am stronger and faster than I have ever been - unfortunatley, so is the competition!!! Love this time of year.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try not to limit my diet. I find when I try to control it too much, it takes over my life. I just don't think that is healthy!!! So I try to eat tasty, healthy foods but don't limit myself too much.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I've been a swimmer most of my life, but also ran track, played basketball and softball in high school. Since high school, I've always worked out or ran to keep in shape. Thank god I found Crossfit!
