How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try not to limit my diet. I find when I try to control it too much, it takes over my life. I just don't think that is healthy!!! So I try to eat tasty, healthy foods but don't limit myself too much.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I've been a swimmer most of my life, but also ran track, played basketball and softball in high school. Since high school, I've always worked out or ran to keep in shape. Thank god I found Crossfit!
My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Competition is in my blood. I've been missing it from my adult life! 6 weeks ago a miracle happened... I have birth to my son. Crossfit helped me stay same and balanced throughout my pregnancy. My gym mates and coaches (and coaches and athletes from other boxes) were so supportive in my training. In fact, I trained right up until my due date and was back in the gym 3 weeks later. I made it to regionals last year but this year I compete in the open to focus my training and gauge where I am in comparison to my teammates... I just can't stay away - I love this crap!
