How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try not to limit my diet. I find when I try to control it too much, it takes over my life. I just don't think that is healthy!!! So I try to eat tasty, healthy foods but don't limit myself too much.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I've been a swimmer most of my life, but also ran track, played basketball and softball in high school. Since high school, I've always worked out or ran to keep in shape. Thank god I found Crossfit!
