My Athletic Background
I have been a personal fitness trainer and instructor for almost 12 years now. I like to dabble in a little of everything. Have been consistently running, lifting weights and boxing/kickboxing since the age of 16. I love outdoor sports such as road and mountain biking, long distance trail running, snowshoeing, and snowboarding. I have done the entire course of the death race several times (over 3 days) as well as ran many half and full marathons and have completed a half ironman.
My Experience With CrossFit
A fire-fighter friend of ours introduced us to CrossFit many years ago. We fell in love with it, did a bit on our own, then a short time at an affiliate before opening our own!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I rest when my body makes me. I sleep a lot too!:)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Full-time CrossFit i have been doing for almost two years.
