How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

Power Supply meals have been a life saver for me. My schedule does not really permit time for grocery shopping let alone cooking, so having Power Supply meals delivered to my box has been really helpful.

As an executive at a fortune 100 company and simultaneously in school full time at Wharton, I've had to be creative with my training. I probably rest more than most athletes - at least 2 days a week and only do 1 session a day when I do train. I have been able to recruit some of my executive colleagues at Wharton (who are not crossfitters) to join me at our hotel gym during class weekends for hotel gym crossfit workouts - sometimes taking place as late as 11pm at night after class. The support of those colleagues has been a major help in my ability to keep some semblance of consistent training.
