I love CrossFit and am grateful to my family at CrossFit Roar, my husband Jason, my ridiculously clever and patient coach Brian, Reebok Australia, Again faster Australia, and PurePharma Australia for all being so encouraging and supportive while I live my dream.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Food! Specifically, good food + no stress + no guilt + treats with the people I love = Happy and healthy

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Active recovery is a must! Sundays are rest days.
