I love CrossFit and am grateful to my family at CrossFit Roar, my husband Jason, my ridiculously clever and patient coach Brian, Reebok, Again faster Australia, , SportsMed Corp, and Progenex for all being so encouraging and supportive while I live my dream.


How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Food! Specifically, good food + no stress + no guilt + treats with the people I love = Happy and healthy

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I do as I'm told ;-)

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Active recovery is a must! Sundays are rest days.
