I love CrossFit and am grateful to my family at CrossFit Roar, my husband Jason, my ridiculously clever and patient coach Brian, Reebok, Again faster Australia, , SportsMed Corp, and Progenex for all being so encouraging and supportive while I live my dream.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Food! Specifically, good food + no stress + no guilt + treats with the people I love = Happy and healthy

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I strictly schedule my rest days
