My Athletic Background
My principal athletic background, after high school wrestling and track, has been alpine mountain climbing, with an emphasis on technical ice and rock climbing. I have been quite active in CrossFit for the last 4 years.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I initially got involved with CrossFit for general strength and cardio conditioning for mountain climbing. For the last several years, CrossFit has been the primary focus of my athletic endeavors.
