My Athletic Background
I played football, wrestling and track during High School. In college, I payed Rugby for a bit before getting a torn ACL/MCL/PCL/Meniscus. After surgery, I found CrossFit and used the training to rehab my knee.
My Experience With CrossFit
I'm a Level 2 CrossFIt Coach, OPT-CCP Coach, and owner of a CrossFit facility called West Coast Strength & Conditioning in Ventura, CA. I also run West Coast Exclusive Coaching (www.westcoastexclusivecoaching.com) where I create customized program designs for others who want to get to the next level in their fitness. I have competed in: -2008 CrossFit Games -2009 NorCal Regionals -2010 Southwest Regionals -2011 SoCal Regionals (15th Place) -2012 SoCal Regionals (7th Place) -2013 SoCal Regionals (TBD)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually have 9-11 training sessions per week. I take 2 full rest days per week as well.
