How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am big on nutrition and eating right. I eat a combo diet of paleo and zone. My cheats to stay sane are sweet potato chips and very dark chocolate. Then, occasionally I will eat some ice cream when my weight dips a little from extra volume training.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train mostly at Crossfit Wilmington, but a couple weeks out the year I train at Crossfit Asheville and Crossfit Brevard.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I just love to play!! Crossfit is my favorite hobby!

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I absolutely love to train and train hard. More importantly I have learned how important rest is the older I get. Finding a good balance is key.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Yee haa..... it has been one of my most favorite things I have done or competed in my lifetime.
