I work part time as a registered nurse in the surgical services department at a hospital. My main passion is being apart of the CrossFit community and training hard. I have been fortunate to make it to the 2011 mid-atlantic regionals as team member, 2012 mid-atlantic regionals as an individual, 2013 3rd place finish mid-atlantic regionals as member of CrossFit Wilmington team, 2013 6th place individual masters finish at the CrossFit Games, 2014 Going to the CrossFit Games!
