I have competed in CrossFit since the 2010 sectional for DE PA and MD i placed 2nd. Regionals that year smoked me and i got crushed! i placed 7th at the mid atlantic hopper in 2010 7th at regionals 2011 17th at regionals 2012 3rd mid atlantic garage games 2012 16th oc throwdown 2013 I own and operate Crossfit 1st State and am blessed to coach some of the greatest people i have ever meet! CrossFit is truely amazing and has brought so many amazing friends into my life! It is something i get to share with my wife and is something we will get to do together until we are in the masters division one day!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
i wish i had time to eat better but being a the box from 6am til 9 pm limits the amount of great food i get to consume.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
i rest a lot i am not able to do the multi wods a day! i use to but i am over 30 now so i scaled back some i just cant recover like i use to.
